Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Given the delicate nature of our products, it is important that you bring the package into ambient temperature upon arrival.

Returns

To start a return, please email info@mementausa.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include pictures in the unlikely case that your order is defective. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the package. Items sent back without approval of a return request will not be accepted. 

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund total.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Bulk, wholesale, and sale/discounted items are final sale. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Shipping is non-refundable. 

Refunds

Refunds are credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to reflect in your payment method account.
