Ingredients
- 1 packet frozen açaí (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Mementa’s Organic Coconut Condensed Milk (plain or vanilla)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup Mementa’s Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
For the Toppings:
- Granola (vegan variety)
- Fresh fruits (e.g., banana slices, kiwi, strawberries)
- Chia seeds or hemp seeds
- Coconut flakes
- Drizzle of Mementa’s Organic Coconut Condensed Milk (strawberry or plain)

In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen açaí packet, banana, frozen mixed berries, Mementa’s Organic Coconut Condensed Milk, and Mementa’s Coconut Milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides or add a bit more liquid if the mixture is too thick.

For a thicker consistency, add more frozen fruit or a small amount of Mementa’s Coconut Flour. For a smoother consistency, incorporate additional plant-based milk.
